2Baba and Natasha Osawaru's Breakup Drama Escalates
Nigerian music star 2Baba and his partner Natasha Osawaru are at the center of a public breakup drama, which has recently intensified with videos emerging of a heated altercation between the two at a nightclub.
Reports indicate that 2Baba, whose real name is Innocent Idibia, had already ended their relationship over the phone, expressing his desire to move on. Natasha allegedly showed up uninvited at a club where 2Baba was performing, leading to yet another confrontation. During his performance, 2Baba reportedly told the crowd that he 'looks for trouble, and trouble keeps finding him,' a remark many believe is linked to the ongoing turmoil in his relationship with Natasha.
2Baba is a well-known figure in the Nigerian music scene, celebrated for his contributions to the Afrobeats genre. He has a storied career with numerous hits and has previously been involved in public controversies, particularly surrounding his personal life. Natasha Osawaru, on the other hand, is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and serves as a lawmaker for the Egor constituency in Edo State. Their relationship has been under scrutiny since it was publicly confirmed in February 2025 when 2Baba expressed his intention to marry her.
The couple's relationship has been marked by a series of public disputes, with 2Baba previously appealing for calm in December 2025, urging fans not to escalate their marital issues, which he claimed were 'putting Natasha at risk.' In February 2026, he addressed a public altercation with Osawaru in London, admitting that his actions were driven by anger and expressing regret over the incident. This latest confrontation at the nightclub adds another chapter to their tumultuous relationship.
