MCA Tricky Departs Milele FM After Six Years

Media personality and comedian Francis Munyao, popularly known as MCA Tricky, has officially announced his departure from Milele FM after six years at the Mediamax-owned radio station.

In a heartfelt statement shared on social media, MCA Tricky revealed that July marks the end of a memorable chapter in his broadcasting career, having served at Milele FM from June 2020 to June 2026. His exit followed unsuccessful discussions regarding his request for a short unpaid study leave to pursue academic goals.

MCA Tricky is well-known for his comedic talent and has been a prominent figure in Kenyan entertainment. He gained fame through his work on the 'Churchill Show' and has recently launched his own comedy show, 'A Tricky Comedy Circuit,' while clarifying that he was not parting ways with the Churchill Show.

Prior to joining Milele FM, he co-hosted the 'Maisha Asubuhi' show at Radio Maisha, where he replaced popular comedian Jalang'o. His tenure at Milele FM was marked by his ability to connect with audiences, and he has built a significant following over the years. In November 2023, he completed a Master's Degree in Mechatronics at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), achieving commendable grades in several units, which reflects his commitment to personal growth and education.
