Pastor Kanyari Expresses Concerns About Daughter's Future

Kanyari described his sister as beautiful but strong-headed, traits he also sees in his daughter. He shared these sentiments while reflecting on his sister's life and untimely death.

Pastor Victor Kanyari is the presiding pastor of Salvation Healing Ministries in Kenya, known for his controversial past and significant influence in religious circles. His sister, Scarlett Wahu, was a socialite who gained posthumous recognition following her murder in January 2024.

Scarlett Wahu was killed by John Matara, who demanded KSh 500,000 from her before stabbing her, leading to her death from bleeding. The family decided on a quick burial to avoid public intrusion, a decision that Kanyari publicly explained according to reports. Her mother lamented the KSh 26 million spent on Wahu's education, noting that her recognition came only after her death.
